Research on Municipal Waste Disposal Based on Circular Economy Theory

本文从循环经济的3R原则出发,构建了基于循环经济理念的城市垃圾处理模式,探讨了该模式实施时存在的障碍并从政策法规、宣传教育、技术研发和资金投入四个方面提出了应对策略。

The paper sets up the model of municipal waste disposal based on 3R principles of circular economy theory, and probes into the obstacles when the model is executed. Moreover, the author suggests relative tactics from the four aspects of policy and regulation, propagation and education, technology development, and capital investment.
