Chinese Circulation Theory Innovation,Government Policy and Development Mode Change——An Overview of Academic Seminar on "Chinese Circulation Innovation and Development Mode Change"

流通产业是带动经济发展的先导产业。国内流通产业发展滞后于国民经济总体发展水平,已经成为影响中国沿海地区经济二次腾飞的重要因素。国内流通理论研究滞后于流通实践工作,又进一步制约了我国流通产业的发展方式的转变。2007年12月16日在杭州召开的"中国流通创新与发展方式转变"学术研讨会在如下方面取得了共识:中国流通产业发展方式转变是中国经济发展方式转变的重要组成部分;中国流通产业发展方式转变需要创新的理论与创新的实践;流通实践呼唤流通理论在落实科学发展观、加强流通基础理论研究、促进理论与实践相结合等方面不断探索创新。

Circulation industry plays a leading role in developing domestic economy. In China, domestic circulation industry lags general economic development, which has brought some negative effects on the economic take - off in the coastal area in China. And the fundamental theoretical research in this field not only has been left behind the development of circulation practical work, but also has hindered the transformation of development mode in Chinese circulation industry. On December 16,2007, a consensus of Chinese circulation industry has been achieved at“Chinese Circulation Innovation and Development Mode Change”seminar： The circulation industry development mode change is a main part of the economic development mode change in China ; The circulation industry development mode change demands both innovative theory and innovative practices; Circulation practices call for constant innovative efforts on carrying out the view of scientific development, strengthening the fundamental theoretical research, and promoting the joint of theory and practices and so on.
