野生葡萄扦插研究

Study on cuttings of wild grapes

为探讨湖南永州境内几种野生葡萄的扦插生根特性,分别于2004年2月和2005年1月剪取野生状态的华东葡萄(有东安1号、2号、3号,冷水滩1号、2号,道县1号,芝山1号等7种不同株系)、腺枝葡萄、蘡奥葡萄、复叶葡萄、蛇葡萄5种野生葡萄和欧美杂种巨峰葡萄(对照)的枝条进行插扦试验.结果表明:1)5种野生葡萄的扦插成活率均极显著低于巨峰(80.0%).5种野生葡萄的扦插成活率从大到小依次为蛇葡萄(60.0%)、腺枝葡萄(32.5%)、华东葡萄(22.5%)、蘡奥葡萄(17.5%)、复叶葡萄(12.5%).华东葡萄不同株系间扦插成活率不同,东安3号成活率最高(60.0%),极显著高于其他株系,东安2号和冷水滩2号成活率最低,均为7.5%.2)不同浓度NAA对腺枝葡萄生根有一定的促进作用(生根率达50.0%,以质量浓度100 mg/L较为合适),而对华东葡萄和蘡奥葡萄作用不明显.3)在相同管理条件下,华东葡萄和腺枝葡萄生长势较好,华东葡萄枝蔓长但不粗壮,腺枝葡萄枝蔓的长度和粗度适中;蘡奥葡萄和复叶葡萄生长势较弱,蘡奥葡萄须根特别发达,但枝蔓很细弱,复叶葡萄侧根数少,枝蔓又细又短.

To investigate rooting characters of the cuttings from wild grapes in Yongzhou area, branches from 5 kinds of wild grapes such as V. pseudoreticulata W.T. Wang （including 7 cultivars）, V. adenodada Hand-Mazz, V. adstricra Hance, V. piqsezkii Maxim, Ampelopsis sinica （Miq.） W.T. Wang, and that from the hybrid , kyoho（CK）, were cut off in February 2004 and January 2005. The result showed that the cutting survival ratios of the 5 kinds of wild grapes were remarkably lower than that of Kyoho（80.0%）. The survival ratios of the 5 kinds of wild grapes were from high to low Ampelopsis sinica （Miq.） W.T. Wang（60%）, V. adenodada Hand-Mazz（（32.5%）, V. pseudoreticulata W.T. Wang （22.5%）, V. adstricra Hance （17.5%）, V. piqsezkii Maxim （12.5%） respectively. The cuttings survival ratios of V. pseudoreticulata W.T. Wang in different strains showed a significant or a highly significant difference, the ratio of Dong＇ an NO.3 （60%） was highest, and the ratio of Dong＇ an NO.2 （7.5%） and Lengshuitan NO.2 （7.5%） were lowest.The branches of V. pseudoreticulata W.T. Wang. 2） V. adenodada Hand-Mazz and V. adstricra Hance were treated with different concentrations of NAA.It had certain roots promoting effects on V. adenodada Hand-Mazz, especially when the concentration is 100 mg/L. But to V. pseudoreticulata W.T. Wang and V.adstricra Hance the effect was not obvious. 3） The branches of V. pseudoreticulata W.T. Wang and V. adenodada Hand-Mazz were growing more vigorously than others under the same management condition. The branches of V. pseudoreticulata W.T. Wang were long but not strong. The branches of V. adenodada Hand-Mazz in length and width were moderate. The growth vigor of branches of V. adstricra Hance and V. piqsezkii Maxim were weaker than others. The fibrous roots of V. adstricra Hance were very flourishing, but its branches were thin. The lateral root of the V. piqsezkii Maxim was scanty, and its branches were thin and short.
