摘要
对第3代2BYF-6型油菜免耕直播联合播种机进行改进设计,并进行田间生产试验,改进后的播种机由底盘、开沟覆土部件、排种排肥系统、传动系统、仿形机构和监控系统六大部分组成,部件紧凑,质量减轻,能够实现在稻板田上一次完成油菜的播种、施肥、开排水沟、覆土四道工序.在湖南安乡、澧县,鼎城和沅江等多个地区进行生产试验,结果工作可靠、故障率低、生产效率提高约40%.
The third generation of 2BYF-6 type no-tillage multi-seeder for rape has been inproved in design and applied to the practical production. This improved seeder consists of six main parts, that is: The system for ditch-opening and soil-covering; the system for seeding and fertilizing, the transmission system and the monitoring system, with compact part and lighter weight in matter. This improved one can accomplish the series work of seeding, fertilizing, ditch-opening and soil- covering in the stubbly field with no stop. At present, this experimenting work has been carried out in regions of Anxiang, Lixian, Dingcheng and Yuanjiang of Hunan Province. The result indicated that its work was reliable and it had lower ratios of breakdown and its production efficiency had improved by 40%, etc, where the farmers are satisfied with the reliability and efficiency of this improved seeder.
