示指背侧岛状皮瓣修复拇指软组织缺损

Repairing the thumb soft tissue defect by the index finger dorsal island flap

目的:探讨示指背侧岛状皮瓣修复拇指软组织缺损的应用效果。方法:1998年3月～2007年11月采用示指背侧蒂岛状皮瓣修复13例拇指软组织缺损。结果:修复后的拇指外形较好,功能恢复满意,皮瓣厚薄适中,色泽质地良好。结论:运用示指背侧岛状皮瓣修复拇指软组织缺损是一种可行的方法,然而面积受限是本皮瓣的缺点。

Objective To investigate the clinical results of repairing the thumb soft tissue defect by the index finger dorsal island flap. Methods Thirteen patients suffering from the thumb soft tissue defect were treated by the island flap in dorsal index finger from 1998 to 2007. Results Follow-up of thirteen patients for 3 months to 1 year showed that the flaps survived well with satisfactory appearance and the results are excellent. Conclusion Repair of the thumb soft tissue defect by the index finger dorsal island flap is an effective method which is only suitable for covering relatively small thumb soft tissue defect,however,the flap has its limitation.
