eNOS在大鼠正畸牙周组织中的早期介导作用

摘要 目的:观察大鼠正畸牙齿移动过程中上皮型一氧化氮合酶(endothelial nitric oxide synthase,eNOS)在牙周组织内的表达分布,从而探讨一氧化氮(nitric oxcide,NO)及eNOS在正畸牙齿移动中的意义。方法:建立大鼠正畸实验动物模型,取其受力牙及牙周组织做免疫组化切片。结果:eNOS随牙齿移动时间的不同其表达分布发生变化,在加力第一天牵张侧的eNOS表达明显增强。结论:NO及eNOS在正畸牙齿移动中发挥作用,eNOS在牙齿移动的早期起了重要的介导作用。 Objective To observe the distribution and the changes of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) in periodontal tissues.To evaluate the putative role of nitric oxide (NO) and endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) in orthodontic tooth movement. Methods Applied force on the left first maxillary molars in rats and examined the decalcified alveolodental connected tissues in different stages of tooth movement with immunohistochemical staining technique (SP method). Results eNOS exists in normal periodontal tissues.The expression of eNOS changes during orthodontic tooth movement. Conclusion NO and eNOS plays an important role in remodeling of periodontal tissues during orthodontic tooth movement, eNOS reacts actively earlier.
