摘要
分析了Buck ZVT-PWM电路的工作情况,并给出了双Buck ZVT-PWM电路的Matlab仿真波形;设计了以DSP为控制核心的驱动信号产生方法,并将该电路应用于斩波器中,以完成斩波器调速系统的双闭环控制。实验证明,当主开关管在零电压下开通时,变换器整体效率达91.2%,相对于单Buck变换器,其抗干扰性强,具有较高的实用价值。
Operation of Buck ZVT-PWM circuit was analyzed and simulating waveform of matlab double Buck ZVT-PWM circuit was given.The implemention method of driving signal being produced on the basis of the core of DSP was designed. Moreover,the circuit was applied in DC chopper speed-regulating to complete the double closed-loop control.The experiments indicate that main transistors switch on at zero-voltage time,the whole efficiency reach 91.2% ,and the system has the high anti-jamming characteristics compared to the single Buck converter and practical merit.
