摘要
提出了基于晶闸管阀和并联高速机械开关的固态电源切换开关(Solid State Transfer Switch,简称SSTS)设计方案,正常情况下线路电流通过机械开关,晶闸管只是在切换期间才投入运行。阀体采用自然冷却方式,解决了常规固态开关运行时的损耗问题,具有很好的工业应用前景。给出了SSTS的切换控制策略;分析了开关的开断特性。最后通过试验验证了主电路和控制系统方案的可行性。
A hybrid transfer switch composed of solid-state switch and high-speed mechanical switch in parallel was put forward.During normal operation, the line current was by-passed by the parallel mechanical switch.Thus the losses of power devices were negligible since the thyristors were conducted only during the few milliseconds of the transfer operation,this makes the hybrid transfer switch having a good prospect in industrial applications.Control strategy of solid state transfer switch (SSTS) was presented and opening characteristics of the parallel switch and current commutation characteristics from parallel switch to thyristors were analyzed by means of mathematical model.Tree-phase SSTS simulation model was established using the electro magnetic transients for DC (EMTDC) to investigate and analyze the whole transfer process. The simulative and experimental results verify the feasibility of the main power circuit and control scheme.
