摘要
目的探讨自我效能感在大学生客观社会支持与抑郁间的作用机制,为大学生抑郁的预防和干预提供理论依据。方法采用贝克抑郁自评量表(BDI-13)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、社会支持问卷(SRRS)对451名大学生进行了问卷调查。结果自我效能感(r=-0.421,P〈0.01)、客观社会支持(r=-0.285,P〈0.01)与抑郁呈负相关关系。分层回归分析表明自我效能感对客观社会支持具有调节作用(△R^2=o.02,F=46.35,P〈0.01),在低自我效能感水平,随着客观支持的增高,抑郁水平降低趋势明显(t=3.29,P〈0.01)。结论针对低自我效能感学生一方面可以提高其自我效能感水平,另一方面可以提供更多的物质和情感上的直接援助,从而提高其心理健康水平。
Objective To explore the moderating effect of self-efficacy between received social support and depression in college students. Methods 451 undergraduate students from 2 universities in Harbin completed a battery of questionnaires, including BDI-13, GSES and SRRS. Results Self-efficacy ( r = - 0. 421, P 〈 0.01 )and received social support( r = -0. 285, P 〈 0. 01 )were negatively related to depression. Hierarchical re- gression analysis confirmed that the effect of received social support on depression was moderated by self-efficacy ( △ R^2 = 0.02, F = 46.35, P 〈 0.01 ). The decreasing tendency of depression became more significant with increasing received social support when self-efficacy was in a low level( t = 3.29, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Bath enhancing self-efficacy and providing direct material and emotional aid could help the students with low self-efficacy to improve their mental health.
