摘要
文章对构建查新服务管理保障体系的主体结构:建立查新行业协会、完善法律法规、严格资质认证、建立全国科技查新项目数据库、建立信誉度质量评价体系、拓宽查新服务领域、走市场化道路、建立客户档案,施行客户关系管理、构建查新工作网站等进行了探讨。
