下颌骨弥漫性硬化性骨髓炎：病例报告与文献复习

Diffused sclerosing osteomyelitis in the mandible:A case report and literature review

目的:探讨下颌骨弥漫性硬化性骨髓炎的临床特点和治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析1例下颌骨弥漫性硬化性骨髓炎患者经保守治疗的病例资料,同时进行文献回顾。结果:下颌骨弥漫性硬化性骨髓炎患者给予口服非甾体类抗炎药及激素,并行高压氧治疗后,下颌肿胀消退,疼痛减轻,与文献报告类似。结论:下颌骨弥漫性硬化性骨髓炎通过保守治疗可以有效缓解病情。

Objective：To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of diffused sclerosing osteomyelitis（DSO） in the mandible by discussing a case report and literature review.Methods：A patient suffering DSO in the mandible receiving conservative treatment was discussed and the literatures of DSO were reviewed.Results：The patient with DSO in the mandible was given nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,corticosteroids and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The conservative treatment relieved the swelling and pain of the mandible.The treatment result was similar with some literature reports.Conclusion：The symptoms of DSO in the mandible can be relieved effectively by conservative treatment.
