CT灌注评价涎腺肿瘤性质的应用研究

摘要 目的:探讨CT灌注对评价涎腺肿瘤性质的价值。方法:33例涎腺肿瘤经64排螺旋CT(SCT)灌注扫描血流灌注情况得到CT灌注参数:血流量(BF)、血容量(BV)和表面渗透性(PS),术后采用免疫组化技术检测相对应标本内微血管密度(MVD)情况。结果:恶性肿瘤组BF、BV、PS值均高于良性肿瘤组(P<0.05),而2组之间的平均通过时间(MTT)参数则无统计学差异。涎腺肿瘤的BF、BV、PS均与MVD呈正相关。良、恶肿瘤中MVD值无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:CT灌注成像灌注参数与肿瘤MVD明显相关,能反映肿瘤的良恶性,有助于对评价肿瘤的性质。 Objective:To explore the value of CT perfusion in evaluation of salivary gland tumors.Methods:In 33 cases of salivary tumors,blood flow(BF),blood volume(BV),mean transit time(MTT),and permeability-surface area(PS) images were acquired by 64-slice SCT.The microvascular density(MVD) of the tumors were stained by immunohistochemistry technique by using anti-CD34 antibody.Results:The values of BF,BV and PS in malignant group were higher than those in benign group significantly(P〈0.05),while the values of MTT was not significantly different between the two groups(P〉0.05).The BF,BV and PS were positive linear correlations with MVD of tumors.The MVD was not statistically significant between the two groups(P〉0.05).Conclusion:The CT perfusion parameters can be regarded as a surrogate marker of tumor angiogenic activity,which is a useful method in estimating the degree of angiogenesis.
