摘要 ATSE装置是应急电源配电系统的一个组成部分,应根据该系统的具体设置、有关要求等来确定其级别的选用。PC级、CB级ATSE各具优缺点,设计者应采取各种措施令其扬长避短。在配电系统中,应因地制宜设计选用。两者孰优孰劣,似一锤难以定音。 ATSE device is a part of emergency power supply distribution system, which should be selected according to different classes determined by the system's specific settings and requirements. Due to the respective advantages and disadvantages of class PC & CB ASTE, all necessary measures should be taken by the designer(s) to maximize their advantages for design and selection of them in a way suitable to concrete circumstances before using in the distribution system. It seems to be hard to say which one is better.
