区域产业结构趋同下企业采用新技术的策略

New Technology Strategy Employed by Firms upon the Convergenc of Regional Industrial Structure

文章采用实物期权的分析方法,研究区域产业结构趋同化对企业采用新技术的影响。本文认为,区域产业结构趋同,地方保护主义人为造成市场分割,生产要素从相对比较丰富的地区流向相对稀缺的地区致使各地失去比较优势,使得企业采用新技术的市场需求规模"萎缩"和投资成本增加,因而会降低企业采用新技术的积极性,不利于产业结构的调整和升级。

This article uses the real option analysis method to research the impact of convergent regional industrial structure on new technology emoployed by fims. We hold that the convergence and local protectionism lead to market segmentation. Regions lose their comparative advantages as productive factors flow from the relatively rich areas to the relatively poor areas, which shrinks the size of market demand for new technology while increases investment cost. As a result, finns＇ initiative may be dampened, which has a negative impact on the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure.
