摘要
本文采用博弈的工具,研究在旅游项目用地的需求供给过程中,景区与农民两主体间的利益博弈。通过分析认为农民的选择是出于对自身生存问题的关注及自身对市场适应性的忧虑,同时指出其选择含有希克斯效率的成分,并提出了政策性建议。
This article employs the gaming tool to research the interests gaming between the tourist sites and the peasants in the supply - demand of the tourist land use. Our analysis finds that the peasants＇ s selection is based on concerns on their livelihood and adaptability to the market, points out that their selection involves some Hicks efficiency, and finally proposes policy suggestions.
