摘要
白光是一种复合光,要得到白光LED,就必须让几种颜色进行空间混合。该文主要介绍了如何利用目前技术来实现白光LED,简述了各种方法的原理和特点,同时阐述了白光LED的应用领域。随着半导体技术和加工工艺的不断发展,LED的技术参数不断提高,白光LED有望成为下一代照明光源。
Through present technology, how to manufacture white LEDs were introduced. Principle and characteristics for different methods were presented. The applications of LEDs in some fields were showed. With the semiconductor technology advanced, white LED could be next generation lighting source.
