在检索1980年以来国内外关于茶叶中无机元素分析方法文献的基础上,介绍了茶叶中无机元素仪器分析方法的现状,重点介绍分光光度法、原子吸收光谱法、原子荧光光谱法、X射线荧光光谱法、电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法、电感耦合等离子体-质谱法、中子活化分析法等。
Based on the retrieval of literature published since 1980, the present situation of instrumental analysis methods used for the determination of inorganic elements in tea is reviewed, with the following methods emphasized: spectrophotometry, atomic absorption spectrometry, atomic fluorescence spectrometry, X- ray fluorescence spectrometry, inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry, inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry and neutron activation analysis.
