人体气味保存方法的研究

Study on conservation method for human odour.

采用SMPE进样器-气相色谱法-质谱法(SPME-GC-MS)对人体气味的保存方法进行了研究。结果表明,医用脱脂棉适合用作人体气味保存的介质,在-20℃下密闭、遮光、冷冻保存是人体气味有效的保存条件。采用该方法保存人体气味,至少在180天内人体气味保持了质的稳定性。

Conservation method for human odour was studied by SPME-GC/MS. The results show that the medical degreased cotton is an appropriate medium for conservation of human odour. The effective storing condition is that the human odour is kept in a closed and lightproof container under the temperature of -20℃. Under this condition, the human odour can be stored at least for 180 days and its quality is still stable.
