摘要
以正己烷/异丙醇(80/20,v/v)为流动相,色谱柱填料为自制的纤维素一三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)手性固定相,考察了温度(291K~313K)对4种外消旋单硒(硫)代缩水甘油醚手性拆分的影响,计算了对映体与固定相相互作用的热力学参数。实验结果表明,化合物2和4的保留因子、分离因子的自然对数与绝对温度倒数1/T所对应的点呈线性关系。而化合物1和3的保留时间、分离因子的自然对数与绝对温度倒数1/T所对应的点呈非线性关系。
The influence of temperature (291-313K) on the thermodynamic behavior of racemic glycerin selenide was investigated by gas chromatography with n-hexane/2-propanol (80/20, v/v) as mobile phase. The thermodynamic parameters of interaction between enantiomers and stationary phase were calculated. The experimental results showed that in the temperature range examined, the plots of 1nk′-1/T and 1nα-1/T of samples 2 and 4 had good linearity, while the plots of In k′-1/T and In α-1/T of samples 1 and 3 were nonlinear.
