摘要
[目的]了解非独生子女大学生心理健康状况和发展的特点,为开展心理健康辅导提供理论依据。[方法]采用SCL-90症状自评量表对2届大学新生进行团体测验。[结果]非独生子女大学生中阳性检出率显著高于独生子女(P﹤0.05);从平均因子分看,非独生子女大学生存在的心理问题比独生子女多,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);与全国成人常模相比,非独生子女大学生多项因子分高于全国成人常模(P﹤0.05);与全国青年常模相比,非独生子女大学生虽然有几项因子分低于全国青年常模,但在强迫、精神病性上高于全国青年常模(P﹤0.05)。[结论]非独生子女大学生心理问题存在的比例高于独生子女大学生,有必要对其采取有效的心理干预措施。
[Objective] To study mental health condition and mental development of college student of not-only.child family and to provide theoretical bases for the practice of psychological health assistance. [ Methods] Employed SCL-90 to do psychological tests in total 15 958 freshmen from 2 different grades. [ Results] Compared to college student from the only-child family, the other students had higher positive rate and more psychological problems (P 〈 0.05). Compared to the Chinese norm, they also had higher scores in a lot Of factors (P 〈 0.05). Compared to the youth norm, the had lower scores in some factors, but they had more obsessive-compulsive disorder and psychological problems (P 〈 0.05). [Conclusion] The college student of not-only-child family have a lot of mental health problems than others. It is necessary to take good psychological intervention among them.
