摘要
[目的]探讨沈阳市人猪链球菌感染来源与传播途径,为制定科学、有效的防制措施提供理论依据。[方法]收集患者资料,包括病原学、流行病学、临床表现、细菌学检查结果等。[结果](1)患者脑脊液培养检出猪链球菌Ⅱ型;(2)患者有明显手部创口,有直接接触生猪肉史;(3)临床表现为脑膜炎型,预后良好。[结论]通过手部破损的皮肤黏膜接触生猪肉感染,无二代病例,做好生猪疫情控制及加强作业人员的个人防护是预防和控制感染的重要措施。
[Objective] To discuss the source and route of transmission of human Streptococcus suis, and to provide scientific and effective evidences for control measures. [Methods] All data of the patient were collected and analyzed such as etiology, epidemiology., clinical manifestation and bacteriology, etc. [ Results] (1) S.suis type 2 was detected by cerebrospinal fluid culture. (2) The person had obvious wound in the skin which was easy to be infected and the history of directly contact with raw pork. (3) Clinical manifestation of the patient was cephalitis meningica. [Conclusion] The patient is infected through damaged skin and directly contacting with raw pork. No secondary case is found. Controlling epidemic situation of raw perk and strengthening individual protection are important measures which can prevent and Control infection.
