摘要
[目的]分析探讨白内障术后出现高眼压的原因及治疗方法。[方法]对2050例(2510只眼)白内障超声乳化+人工晶体植入术后的患者进行术前、术后的观察。[结果]发生高眼压的有93只眼,可发生在术后各个时期。[结论]超声乳化+人工晶体植入术后可由不同原因导致高眼压,应针对不同机制,采取相应而积极的治疗。
[Objective] To analyze and study ocular hypertensive reasons after the operation of cataract and its therapeutic methods. [Methods] Observed 2050 patients （2510 eyes） with cataract before and after phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. [ Results] 93 eyes appeared ocular hypertension, which could appear in each period after operation. [ Conclusion] Different reasons may induce ocular hypertension after phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. It should aim at different mechanisms and carry out corresponding therapy.
