摘要
用水蒸气蒸馏法提取茗荷嫩茎中的挥发性化学成分,气相色谱-质谱联用法分离并分析鉴定其各成分及相对质量分数。共鉴定出47个化合物,占挥发油色谱总峰面积的96.5%。其中含量较高的组分有:w(正十六烷酸)=17.39%、w(石竹烯氧化物)=11.21%、w(4-异丙基-2-环己烯-1-酮)=10.93%、w(二十三烷)=7.81%、w(桃金娘烯醇)=4.54%、w(三环[5.4.0.0(1,3)]十一烷)=3.55%、w(松香芹醇)=3.05%、w(1,2-15,16-二环氧十六烷)=2.77%、w(9,12-十八碳二烯酸)=2.41%、w(对-1-薄荷烯-8-醇)=2.34%、w(9-油酸酰胺)=2.20%、w(对二甲苯)=1.85%、w(冰片)=1.56%等。
The volatiles of Zingiber mioga Rosc stem were extracted through steam distillation, and then the constituents were separated by GC and identified by MS. 47 Compounds were identified, accounting for 96. 5% of the total volatile oil. The main components include n-hexadecanoic acid (17.39%), caryophyllene oxide ( 11.21% ), 4-( 1-methylethyl )-2-cyclohexen-1-one ( 10.93% ), tricosane (7. 81% ), myrtenal ( 4.54% ), tricyclo [ 5.4. 0.0 ( 1, 3 ) ] undecane (3.55% ), trans-pinocarveol ( 3.05 % ), 1,2-15,16-diepoxyhexadecane ( 2. 77 % ), 9,12-octadecadienoic acid ( 2. 41% ) , p-menth- 1 - en-8-ol(2. 34% ) ,9-octadecenamide(2.20% ) ,p-xylene( 1.85% ) and borneol( 1.56% ).
