摘要
在丝网印刷电极上,通过电沉积普鲁士蓝和溶胶-凝胶固定酶两步修饰法,制得一种葡萄糖生物传感器。该传感器利用普鲁士蓝对酶催化反应产物之一的过氧化氢的选择性催化还原特性,实现对葡萄糖的检测。在-0.05V工作电位下,传感器灵敏度3.289μA/(mol/L),线性范围5.00×10-6~2.44×10-3mol/L,检测极限1.43×10-6mol/L,并具有良好的重复性、稳定性和抗干扰能力。同时对小鼠血清样品中的葡萄糖进行检测,该传感器具有实际应用价值。
A glucose electrochemical biosensor was fabricated by entrapment of glucose oxidase in a layer of silica sol-gel matrix on the surface of a Prussian Blue (PB) modified screen-printed electrode (SPE). This biosensor is based on the detection of hydrogen peroxide produced by glucose oxidase-catalyzed oxidation of glucose. At applied potential of -0. 05V, the biosensor exhibited a relatively fastresponse ( 15s), low detection limit ( 1.43×10^-6mol/ L), good reproducibility and high sensitivity (3.289μA/(mol/L) ) with a wide linear range of 5.00 × 10^-6 to 2.44 × 10^-3 mol/L. In addition, real rat serum samples were analyzed by this biosensor with satisfactory results.
