中国职业体育工作者道德素质现状调查与分析

Research and Analysis on the Status Quo of Chinese Professional Gym Staff′s Ethical Level

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等方法对中国大陆31个省市的1 082名职业体育工作者的道德价值观和职业道德行为进行了调查。结果表明,职业体育工作者道德价值判断积极,但道德现实评价消极,道德价值判断和道德现实评价严重错位;不同学历的职业体育工作者在道德价值判断和道德现实判断上均存在显著差异。总体来看,职业体育工作者的职业责任感较强、工作主动性较高,但不同学历间的职业体育工作者的职业责任感和工作主动性有显著差异。在此基础上,还提出了加强道德素质和职业道德修养教育、矫正体育职业道德行为等对策。

This paper, by using literature resources and questionnaire, is devoted to the research on ethical value and professional morality of 1082 professional gym staff from 31 provinces and municipalities of the Chinese mainland. The result indicates： 1, Gym staff＇s outlook on ethical value is positive, while their ethical deeds are pessimlstic.There is a huge difference between the two.2, With different educational background, the professional gym staff＇s ethical value and their ethical deeds attitudes also differ.3, The gym staff, as a whole, have a great sense of respensibility and initiative for work; there is a great difference in their sense of responsibility and initiative for work as their educational backgrounds differ. This paper also suggests strengthening the ethical and professional morality education and redressing professional morality of the gym staff.
