Study on Operating Practice of NBA Arbitration

从解决NBA联盟劳资双方利益间矛盾与纠纷的角度,对NBA仲裁的种类、遴选、权限、职责及裁决程序等问题进行了深入细致的研究,从而展示了NBA联盟仲裁的运行实践,其目的是深入地了解NBA联盟处理矛盾与纠纷的成功经验,同时也为我国的CBA联赛的健康、有序发展提供借鉴。

This paper focuses on the profit disputes--settling between NBA labor and capital, demonstrated the kind, selecting, jurisdiction, obligation, arbitration procedure and so on. Thereby, this paper demonstrated operating practice of NBA arbitration, all of which is to understand the succeeding experience for disputes--settling of NBA labor and capital; Meanwhile, it provided experience for CBA development.
