2-氨基-苯并噻唑水解制备2-氨基苯硫酚的研究

摘要 以2-氨基-苯并噻唑为原料水解制备2-氨基苯硫酚,对反应中间体S-甲酰基-2-氨基苯硫酚进行了分离和结构确认,在此基础上对反应机理进行分析,采用新的分步水解方案使总收率达到95.4%。 2-Aminothiophenol was prepared from 2-Amino-benzothiazole by hydrolysis reaction, the react intermediate S-Formyl-2-aminothiophenol was isolated and its structure was confirmed, mechanics of this reaction was analysed, a new step by step experiment scheme was employed which lead to 95.4% overall yield.
