摘要 本试验是工厂化养鱼实用技术模式研究项目中的一个方面。试验于2002年5月24日至7月25日进行,养殖品种为奥尼罗非鱼和短盖巨脂鲤(亦名淡水白鲳)。初始放鱼量40.0 kg/m3,实验结束时单位水体鱼获量奥尼罗非鱼为78.2 kg/m3,淡水白鲳为82.2 kg/m3。试验期间每两天化验一次,共化验32次,监测8项水质理化指标的变化范围分别为:水温22~30℃、pH值7.36~8.28、溶解氧1.17~8.51 mg/L、氨氮0.79~11.27 mg/L、亚硝酸氮0.551~8.520 mg/L、硝酸氮3.33~42.79 mg/L、磷酸盐磷0.547~9.230 mg/L、碱度257.2~358.2 mg/L。 The experiment is one item of the applied technical model in factory fish culturing, which lasted two months. Oreochromis aureus× Oreochromis niloticus and Colossoma brachypomum were selected as the experiment species. Initial unitage of fish was 40.0 kg/m^3, and at the end of the experiment, the unitages of Oreochromis aureus × Oreochromis niloticus and Colossoma brachypomum were 78.2 kg/m^3 and 82.2 kg/m^3 respectively. Every two days, one assay was done during the experiment, and 32 times were done. Eight physical & chemical indexes of water quality were measured. The results were as follows. The water temperature ranged between 22 and 30 ℃, pH value ranged between 7.36 and 8.28, dissolved oxygen changed between 1.17 and 8.51 rag/L, ammonium nitrogen ranged between 0.79 and 11.27 mg/L, nitrite nitrogen was between 0.551 and 8.520 mg/L, nitrate nitrogen was between 3.33 and 42.79 mg/L, phosphate changed between 0.547 and 9.230 mg/L, and alkalinity was 257.2-358.2 mg/L.
