摘要
本文尝试采用圆形纸色谱法对氨基酸进行分离。分别将新华1号滤纸与普通滤纸置于直径不同的培养皿中做对比试验。结果表明,采用新华1号滤纸、在大培养皿(D=12 cm)中的分离效果较好。圆形纸色谱法具有操作简单、耗时短、分离效果好等优点,更适合基础教学。
A method for separation of amino acids by circular paper chromatography was reported. The experiment was operated with Xinhua 1 filter paper or ordinary filter paper in culture dish of different sizes. The results show that Xinhua 1 falter paper in bigger culture dish (D= 12 cm) was better than the others. The method has many advantages, such as easy operation, good separation effect, time-saving and so on. So it's more suitable for foundational teaching.
