针对型号装备采购项目,建立效益评价指标体系。选用模糊综合评判的方法评价装备采购项目效益,包括通过确定评语集、评价因素集、评价因素的权重、模糊矩阵构建模型,以及按照最大隶属度原则,对装备采购项目效益进行综合评价。

Establish the index system of the benefit evaluation based on the type equipment acquisition project. Use fuzzy synthesis method to evaluate benefits of the equipment acquisition project. It includes building model by ascertaining comment collection, evaluating factor collection, the weight of evaluating factor, fuzzy matrix, as well as synthetically evaluating equipment acquisition proiect according to the principle of maximal subordinate degree.
