摘要
利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元大型工程分析软件,采用Johnson_Cook动态本构模型和多物质ALE算法,对某火箭弹中所用子弹进行聚能装药射流形成、侵彻钢板过程的数值仿真,得到与试验结果相近的聚能射流形成和侵彻的物理现象和规律,验证了该模型和数值算法的合理性。在聚能破甲战斗部的工程设计中有一定借鉴意义。
The numerical simulation in the process of shaped charge jet formation and penetrating into target for the structure of a kind of cluster warhead, which is with dynamic Johnson_cook and ALE based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA, physical phenomenon and rule about shaped charge jet formation and penetrating into target are obtained. It verifies the rationality of this model and numerical algorithm. The result can be used in engineering design of shaded charge.
