摘要 一个基于网络的数字化视频监控系统,由视频采集、视频处理、网络传输模块组成。对于要求高可靠性的控制指令,系统选用TCP协议;而对视频流数据的通信则选用基于UDP协议的IP组播实现。系统在现场端利用DirectShow技术实现对所捕获视频的播放,视频数据经MPEG-4压缩处理后,通过局域网利用RTP协议将编码后的视频流发送到远程监控中心。监控中心接收模块负责接收和解码播放数据。发送和接收模块均采用多线程技术实现。 A surveillance system based on network consists of modules of video data capture, video data operation and net transmission. The system uses TCP for the control command that need the high re!lability, and uses IP Multicast based on UDP for the transmission of video data. In the system, the captured video data is played on the scene of surveillance, then the data is compressed with MPEG-4 and transmitted to the telecentre of surveillance. The receiving module on the telecentre is designed to receive, decode and play the video data. The technology of multithread is used in both sender and receiver module.
