摘要
通过理论分析和实验研究,比较了清水细水雾和含复合添加剂细水雾抑制煤油池火的机理.清水细水雾抑制火焰主要是物理作用,而含复合化学添加剂细水雾既有物理作用又有化学作用.复合添加剂的黏性与表面活性组分改变了雾滴平均粒径D_(32)的大小及其分布规律,这种变化使细水雾的粒径分布趋于合理,更有利于细水雾和火焰的相互作用.含复合添加剂细水雾抑制煤油池火的化学作用有异相和均相化学反应机制:在异相机制中,由细水雾气化形成的微小固体能湮灭燃烧链中的活性自由基;在均相机制中,化学添加剂中的自由基俘获剂在气相中俘获燃烧链中的自由基.由于它们对煤油池火作用机理的不同,使含添加剂细水雾抑制火焰的能力远远高于清水细水雾.
The mechanism of pure spray mist and spray mist with compound chemical additives to kerosene fire were compared to each other based on theory analysis and experiments research. It' s main physical mechanism to use pure spray mist to extinguish fire. Both the physical and chemical mechanisms are obvious when using spray mist with compound additives to extinguish fire. The glutinous and active ingredient of additives changed the D32 of fogdrop to make the diameter of mist become more reasonable and more effective to extinguish fire. The chemical reactions are both under different and homologic state. When different state, the small solid formed from the course of water spray mist to boil away can seize and annihilate the active free radicles in combustion chain. When homologic state, reagent can seize the free radicles of combustion chain in the state of vapor phase. The effect of spray with compound chemical to extinguish kerosene fire is better than that of pure spray because of its special fire extinguishing mechanism.
