收尘极板上沉降粉尘受力分析及二次飞扬研究 被引量:6

摘要 从微观的角度分析了粉尘所受范德华力、附着力和静电力,通过建立由粉尘颗粒和收尘极板组成的黏结模型,分析了沉降在收尘极板上粉尘的吸引力和返混力,提出了粉尘颗粒能否返回到气流中的条件.实验表明,当流过粉尘电流密度较大时,粉尘颗粒所受黏结力较大而不易返混,使用芒刺作为放电极有助于遏制粉尘颗粒返混. The Van de Waals force, adhesive force and electrostatic force between particles from microcosmic aspect were analyzed. Setting up the adhesive models between the particles and collection plate, the cohesive forces and re-entrainment forces of the precipitated particles on the collection plate were analyzed and the conditions of whether particles return into air current were proposed. The experiments show that the dust can not be re-entrainment easily when the greater current density. The charging bar is benefit to control the re-entrainment of the precipitated particles.
