摘要
对生物脱硫施加合适的外加电场条件,可以提高脱硫率,取煤浆浓度、外控电压、外加电压的时间做三因素三水平的正交优化实验.实验得出:煤浆浓度为10 g/mL,施加强度为-600 mV的外加电场持续1.5 h后,T.f菌脱硫效果最好,在此条件下脱硫10 d全硫脱除率为52.99%,黄铁矿脱除率为73.4%.
The controlled potential for biodesulphurization can increase the desulphurization rate. The effect of coal slurry concentration, potential strength and the time of potential deal to Thiobacillus ferrooxidans biodesulphurization was researched. It indicates that the result of T. f desulphurization is the best on the condition of initial coal slurry concentration 10 g/mL, under the sustaining potential deal of -600 mV for 1.5 h. In this condition, the total desulphurization rate is 52.99 % and the pyrite desulphurization to 73.4 % on the 10th day.
