摘要 分析了影响盾构土压平衡的掘进参数之间及其与土仓压力间的相互关系,采用自适应神经模糊推理系统(ANFIS)建立了一个以推进力、推进速度、土仓压力实时数据采样值为输入,螺旋输送机转速为输出的基于排土控制的盾构土压平衡控制模型.在Matlab中利用100组施工现场数据对模型进行训练和参数优化,并采用另外100组数据对训练好的模型加以检验.结果表明,模型预测结果与实测数据吻合较好,说明该土压平衡控制模型能够很好地逼近盾构掘进此类非线性过程,同时可以对掘进参数进行有效的预测控制. Based on some assumptions such as stable driving without disturbance to static earth pressure, the mathematical model with four main tunneling parameters of thrust force, thrust speed, earth pressure in soil room and the speed of screw conveyor was established. Adopting the adaptive network-based fuzzy inference system, a earth pressure balance (EPB) control model with the real-time measured data of earth pressure, thrust force and thrust speed as three inputs, and the speed of screw conveyor as output was designed by means of Matlab software. Model training and parameter optimization were completed with a set of field application data to develop this discharge con trol based EPB control system which was later tested feasible. The relationships of driving parameters predicted by the control model also verify its practicability. All simulation results show that ANFIS is effective to deal with such nonlinear problem as shield driving, and the EPB control based on ANFIS is a promising method to address the issue encountered in EPB shield tunneling.
