电网冰害减灾关键技术的发展动向

摘要 电网冰雪灾害导致供电中断事故,其修复工作难度大,周期长,停电影响面积广,一直是全世界范围内需要解决的难点问题。分析了各种电网防冰除冰技术的优缺点、可行性和适用性,综述了电网冰害减灾技术国内外研究现状,提出了一些新的研究方向。 It is a difficult task to deal with power interruption caused by severe weather because its recovery work has characteristics of great difficulty, long period and large negative impact. Merits, drawbacks, feasibility and applicability of each de-icing technique were analyzed. Moreover, this paper overviewed the research status of grid deicing at home and abroad and proposed new research directions.
