摘要
针对2008年初南方大范围冰冻天气造成南昌电网损坏的情况,分别就覆冰形成初期、覆冰中后期以及融冰期三个阶段对冰灾导致电网损坏的原因进行了分析,并根据各个阶段特点,提出了一些降低电网遭受覆冰灾害损失的建议和办法。
As for power grid damage condition caused by ice disaster, this paper analyzed reasons of grid damage according to situation of three periods ：initial stage, mid and post period and ice-melting period.Based on features of each period,measures to reduce loss were proposed.
