摘要
在江西电网冰灾期间及电网重建过程中,电网结构不断发生变化。这种电网结构的剧烈变化给继电保护的可靠动作提出了严峻的考验。针对江西电网冰灾期间及电网重建过程中出现的运行方式变化问题,对继电保护定值的适应性进行了探讨,提出了相应的应对策略,以确保保护装置的可靠动作。
During the rebuilding of Jiangxi power grid after ice trouble, the structure of power grid changes continuously.This kind of great change of power grid challenges the reliability of protection. In this paper, the robustness of the relay protection setting in Jiangxi power grid is discussed. Furthermore, measures are presented to improve the reliability of protection devices.
