摘要
以附载型的高锰酸钾/三氧化二铝为氧化催化剂对甲基吡啶氧化有着很高的转化率。利用浸渍法制备了附载型高锰酸钾氧化催化剂,研究了3-甲基吡啶,4-甲基吡啶,2,6-二甲基吡啶选择氧化反应,考察了载体、助剂、反应温度、反应时间对氧化反应的影响。结果表明2,6-二甲基吡啶选择氧化为6-甲基吡啶甲酸的收率达到91.0%。
Potassium permanganate supported on alumina could be used for the oxidation of methylpyridine in good yield. Potassium permanganate supported on alumina was prepared by impregnation method. The selective oxidation of 3-metylpyrindine, 4-metylpyrindine and 2,6-dimetylpyrindine was studied. The effect of reaction temperature, reaction time and supports on the oxidation of methylpyridine were investigated respectively. 2,6-dimethylpyridine was selectively oxidized to 6-methylpicolinnic acid in 91.0 % yield.
