摘要 文章采用半连续乳液聚合工艺,以丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸为聚合反应的单体,加入乳化剂十二烷基硫酸钠、引发剂过硫酸铵进行丙烯酸酯树脂的制备。在制备的过程中,深入考虑聚合温度、乳化剂和引发剂浓度及用量、搅拌速度的因素条件的影响。严格按照性能的测试标准进行性能的测试分析,对所测得的张力、粘度、红外谱图、粒径分布等性能进行科学的分析。从而得出影响聚合物性能的关键因素条件,改进配方的设计及有目的控制聚合反应的各条件,制出性能优异的产品。 The acrylic resin was prepared through polymerization by monomers of butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, methacrylic acid emulsifier of sodium dodecyl sulfate and initiator of ammonium sulfate in semi-continuous polymerization process. In the preparation process, the effect of polymerization temperature, emulsifier and initiator concentration and dosage. Mixing speed factor conditions were considered in depth. Strictly in accordance with the performance standards for testing analysis, the measured tension, viscosity, infrared spectra, properties such as the size distribution were scientific analyzed. Therefore, the key effect conditions on the polymer performance were obtained, the improvement in formula design and the polymerization reaction conditions were also obtained to produce good performance productions.
