摘要
分别利用碱土金属镁的氢氧化物、Na(OH)以及两者复合的催化剂作为酚醛树脂反应过程的催化剂,制成酚醛甲阶树脂,对树脂表现的基本性能作比较研究。研究发现,虽然理论上二价金属离子能加快固化速度,但由于金属镁的氢氧化物的水溶解性很差,使制得的树脂严重沉淀,结构不均,故不适宜作酚醛树脂的催化剂。
Taking the hydroxid of alkaline earth Mg, NaOH and their mixtures as activators respectively, PF resins were synthesized.Through comparing their basic capabilities, it was found that though bivalence metal ion could quicken the solidifying speed in theory,Mg(OH)2 was not be adapted to be activators of PF resin, because of its bad water-solubility, which resulted in serious deposition of resin.
