摘要
通过邻二甲苯与甲醛反应合成了3,4-二甲基氯化苄,用Sommelet反应合成了3,4-二甲基苯甲醛。利用液相色谱方法分析了3,4-二甲基苯甲醛合成过程中的异构体2,3-二甲基苯甲醛。色谱柱为C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,φ5λm),流动相为甲醇和水,柱温为30℃,流速为1.2 mL/min,线性梯度洗脱,紫外检测波长为280 nm。在此条件下,异构体2,3-二甲基苯甲醛与3,4-二甲基苯甲醛可以较好地分离。
3,4-dimethylbenzylchloride was prepared by the reaction of o-xylene with formaldehyde. 3,4-dimethylbenzaldehyde was synthesized by the reaction of Sommelet using the 3,4-dimethylbenzylchloride. The isomer of 2,3-dimethylbezaldehyde in 3,4-dimethylbeza-ldehyde was separated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) on a C18 column (150mm×4.6mm,φ5λm). The mobile phase of methanol/water, flow rate of 1.2 mL/min, column temperature of 30 ℃ and 265 nm wavelength of detector were used. The compositions were separated completely under this chromatography conditions.
