The teaching importance of “Chemical Foundation” was summarized in science subjects chemistry specialized from teaching reform needs. The teaching status of “Chemical Foundation” was elaborated through three aspects analysis of lack understanding on students, less lessons on courses teaching chemistry specialized of science was discussed through knowing about engineering major, cultivating introducing course designation.
