摘要
针对高压空气环境的特殊性,研制了高压焊接试验舱和钨极氩弧自动焊机。在0.1~0.7MPa空气环境中,考察了电弧静特性,并提出了电弧电压与空气环境压力、电弧长度、焊接电流三者之间的数学模型。根据电弧静特性及其数学模型,设定钨极氩弧自动焊机及其焊接电源主要参数,在0.1~0.7MPa空气环境中,进行了典型位置16Mn钢板的焊接,采用自由成型工艺形成的全部接头,符合美国焊接学会AWSD3.6M:1999中A类接头的要求。
The byperbaric welding test chamber and the automatic GTAW machine were developed for high ait ambient pressures.The are static characteristics curves were tested unded 0.1-0.7Mpa air ambient pressures.and the mathematical model of GTAW between are voliage and parameters such as air ambient pressure,are length and current was created,Based on are static characteristics and the are voltage mathematical model,main parameters of automatioc GTAW machine and the welding parwer with chats typical position free formting jeints of 16Mn sted piace under 0.1-07Mpa were manufactured,which were classified as class A in AWS D3.6M:1999.
