The article ponders on the policy subject, policy object and policy content systematically which is multi-dimensioned and multi-angled, it explores ways of effectively implementating public policy from such aspects as improving the implementation level of the policy execution subject and individual quality, carrying out administration management system reform, optimizing the policy execution environment, establishing and perfecting policy implementation system, optimizing policy dissemination mechanism and perfecting policy implementation supervisory system in our country.
