Restraining factors and countermeasure analysis on national economy development in Jilin Province

分析了吉林省民营经济发展的特点及面临的问题,如思想意识落后、融资渠道狭窄、企业整体实力不强等。在此基础上提出了改善民营企业的发展环境,改善政府的服务职能,建立健全中小企业服务体系,提高全民的创业意识等对策建议。

This article analyzes the characteristics and problems of the private economy development in Jilin Province, such as ideological backwardness, narrow financing channels and enterprises＇ whole strength being not strong. Based on these problems, it puts forward and suggestions which have local characteristics and are helpful to national economy development of Jilin Province. It advocates improving the development environment of private enterprises and the service functions of government, and at the same time establishing and perfecting service system of small-medium enterprises and improving undertaking consciousness of the whole people.
