摘要
本文在《党政领导干部选拔任用条例》、《公务员法》的基础上,界清了我国领导职务公务员的涵义、特征等,分析了我国现行领导职务公务员选拔任用制度现状,并阐述了我国现行领导职务公务员选拔任用制度的进步之处。
Based on Regulations of Selecting and Appointing the Public Servants of Party and Government Lending Posts and Law of Public Servants, this thesis defines the connotation and characteristic of leading public servants and analyzes the current system of selecting and appointing leading public servants in China. It discusses the advantage of selecting and appointing public servants leading post system in China.
