摘要
目的:分析外侧下丘脑-穹窿周围区升压反应的机制。方法:大鼠脑内或静脉注射不同药物,观察血压和心率的变化。结果:L-谷氨酸钠(Glu)兴奋外侧下丘脑-穹窿周围区(LH/PF)引起的升压反应可分别被双侧室旁核或延髓头端腹外侧区(RVL)内注入谷氨酸二乙酯(Glu拮抗剂)削弱,也可分别被酚妥拉明、心得安或甲基阿托品(i.v.)衰减。结论:室旁核和RVL内的Glu均参与LH/PF升压反应,该反应系通过交感神经活动加强、副交感神经活动减弱而实现。
Objective: To analysis mechanisms underlying presso response of lateral hypothalamus-perifornical region (LH/PF). Methods: Effects of different drugs delivered by intrabrain or intravenous injections on blood pressure and heart rate were observed in rats. Results: The pressor response of the LH/PF to glutamate(Glu)was reduced by injection of GDEE (a Glu antagonist) into bilateral nucleus paraventricularis (NPV) or rostral ventrolateral medulla (RVL), and was also attenuated by either phentolamine, propranool or methyl atropine (i. v. ). Conclusion: The present study shows that Glu in the NPV and RVL is involved in the LH/PF pressor response which is due to the excitation of the symnpathetic nerves and inhibition of the parasympathetic nerves.
