台湾高速铁路OO标第三基地邻近地区民房损坏原因分析

摘要 为明确基地邻近地区民房损坏的原因,选择受损标的物共5户进行了现场勘察鉴定,并由委托单位提供相关的地质、施工数据以及现场勘察结果。所作的分析表明,工程在桩基施工时,采用高动能振动机械,完工后又用混凝土破碎机拆除高强度混凝土基座,尤其破碎基座混凝土施工时,持续时间较长,其振动频率通常达到60~90次/min,结果表明,施工是造成邻近民房损坏的原因。 To clarify the influence of the project 5 houes near the site were investigated. Several procedures have been made which include measuring, recording and photographing. The results of investigations were properly documented. Along with the geological and construction information provided by the applicant, the engineers then could be able to analyze and clarify the causes of the damages. High energy vibration equipments have been used by the applicant for piling operation. Concrete-breaking machine has been used for concrete pre-stressed beam destruction operation. Nearby residents have several claims for the severe vibrations generated by these operating equipments. Some claims stated that the vibrations are worse than earthquakes. It is found that concrete breaking operation requires a longer operating period and its vibration frequency will be as high as 60 to 90 times per minute. As a result, operations were expected to cause damages to the nearby buildings.
